Hi there! My name is Tom and I am a screen printing artist, instructor, separator, and author that lives in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Over the past 29 years I have worked with all manner of screen printing shops across the country as a consultant, art director, head of research and development, and high-end separator. From small mom & pop operations to some of the worlds largest printing shops, I have been an Art Director, High-End Separator, and Head of R&D. During this time I also worked at the Illinois Institute of Art teaching classes on drawing and design. These days I have also been working and developing skills in marketing and management which is one of the most common requests from small businesses. I have been writing for the screen printing industry for over 20 years with over 165 published articles. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and our crazy pets, or teaching / practicing martial arts and fitness.
